Overview

This Australia Privacy Notice (“Australia Addendum“) supplements the Global Privacy Notice and provides disclosures required by the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs“) under the Privacy Act 1988. This Australia Addendum applies solely to individuals who reside in Australia.

Transferring Personal Data Outside Australia

We may disclose your Personal Data to third-party service providers and other parties (as described in the Who We Share Your Data With & The Purpose of Disclosure section of the Global Privacy Notice) located outside of Australia for the purposes described in the Global Privacy Notice. As described in the Global Privacy Notice, we remain responsible for Personal Data we transfer and will take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your Personal Data in a manner consistent with the Global Privacy Notice and the APPs.
